Only those delegates that are now fully registered on the system may register at Annual Conference.

E tickets for admittance will be sent to registered delegate email addresses at 5.00pm 28 March 2008.

Please note that by using this system you agree that your delegation was elected in accordance with the constitution of the students’ union.

For any HE (Higher Education) sector unions, delegates must be elected by cross campus ballot

Please also note that we can only accept one registration (with multiple delegates if appropriate) from each constituent member

Registering at Conference- Delegate Identity Check Note

In order to register at NUS Annual Conference 2008 you will be expected to provide three proofs of identity/eligibility:

· A signed letter of authorisation on union headed paper, confirming that you are an accredited representative of your union.

· Your NUS card (or equivalent*)

· Your registration E-ticket

You will notice that this year you must bring with you your registration e-ticket. This works just like an electronic ticket for a flight and will be sent to you on Friday 28th March.
