IMPORTANT ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION
PAYMENTS AND REGISTRATION DETAILS - PLEASE NOTE: Once you have registered, you will receive e-mail confirmation. This e-mail is important as it contains the direct link to your Registration information. This confirmation:
- Provides you with a link to your VAT invoice (where appropriate).
- Shows the payment instructions. If paying by CC, you need do nothing; if by PO and then by cheque or BACS, the instructions for payment are shown. We will not be sending you a separate invoice.
- Allows you to change your information or check the details.
Accommodation. Whilst accommodation and travel are the responsibility of the individual, we have made arrangements to ensure that a number of rooms are held on behalf delegates. We cannot guarantee availability of rooms but the booking agency will endeavour to do their best to assist you. The procedures and booking form are contained in this downloadable Word document Hotel booking form. Alternatively, call Tailormade Conference Management on 01904 757030 or email sales@tailormadeconferences.co.uk and ask for assistance and advice. They should be able to deal with your accommodation requirements over the telephone.
Administrative Instructions. Specific instructions will be sent directly to all Speakers and Exhibitors well in advance of the event. All those registering will be sent reminder Joining Instructions (JIs) prior to the event. These are available now as a download here.
