   The early bird fee of EUR600.00 applies to registrations made or agreed by 20 April 2012. It represents a 20 per cent saving on the full delegate fee of EUR750.00. All payments must be received in full before attending FRESH2012.
   
   You can book your accommodation at the Marriott Copenhagen by going to http://www.freshcongress.com/where/venue. Preferential accommodation rates for congress delegates are subject to availability. Delegates are advised to book accommodation early to avoid disappointment.
   
   EACH DELEGATE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN HOTEL BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENTS (UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED WITH MARKET INTELLIGENCE LTD).
2. Early bird fee - group: 4+ delegates Details
   The early bird group fee of EUR540.00 per delegate applies to groups of 4+ delegates from the same company or organisation ONLY and registrations made by 20 April 2012. The rate represents a further saving of 10% on the early bird individual delegate fee of EUR600.00. A group booking MUST comprise of delegates from the same company or organisation. Group bookings comprising members from a number of companies or organisations do NOT qualify for this rate.
   
   To use this option, you MUST enter your registration as a GROUP.
