   The early bird fee of USD480.00 applies to registrations made online at the official website for the Eurofruit Congress Southern Hemisphere before 14 September 2012. It represents a 20 per cent saving on the full delegate fee of USD600.00.  All payments must be received in full before attending Eurofruit Congress Southern Hemisphere.

Preferential accommodation rates for congress delegates are subject to availability after 17 September 2012. Delegates are advised to book accommodation early to avoid disappointment.

2. Early bird fee: 4+ delegates Details
   The early group fee of USD432.00 per delegate applies to groups of 4+ delegates from the same company or organisation ONLY that register online by 14 September 2012. The rate represents a further saving of 10% on the individual early bird fee of USD480.00. A group booking MUST comprise of delegates from the same company or organisation. Group bookings comprising members from a number of companies or organisations do NOT qualify for this rate.
   
   To use this option, you MUST enter your registration as a GROUP.

   The local fee of USD365.00 per delegate applies to all residents of South Africa. The rate represents an exclusive saving of 40% on the full fee of USD600.00.
