Karen Levins is a toxicologist and Vice President in charge of the Chemicals Group at Cantox Health Sciences International. As a regulatory specialist and a recognized expert in the field of CEPA compliance, Ms Levins has received requests for her insight and one-on-one advice from more than 400 chemical companies, who, collectively, represent over a dozen different chemical trade sectors, including: oil and gas; pigments and dyes; automotive; paints and coatings; printing; plastics; soaps and detergents; photo processing; textiles; adhesives and sealants; water treatment; electronics; and construction.

Bonita Reynolds, Consultant and Program Facilitator
Bonita Reynolds is a Regulatory Affairs Consultant specializing in helping clients to achieve comprehensive TSCA Compliance. She arrives at Pira by way of a small privately held cosmetic and OTC pharmaceutical manufacturer, an inorganic pigment house, and a premier specialty chemical company. She is a 21 year veteran of the Regulatory Affairs arena providing regulatory support for business units in the industry areas of water and paper chemicals, coating effects, plastic additives, cosmetic ingredients and industrial disinfectants. Ms. Reynolds manages day to day TSCA Compliance for clients as well as prepares and defends their PMNs, LVEs, bonafide enquiries and polymer exemption assessments. Her secondary responsibilities are auditing and training. She has developed several TSCA Awareness and HazCom modules for company wide personnel and performs pre-emptive audits. After graduating with a B.A. degree in Biology from City University of New York, Lehman College, Ms. Reynolds was fortunate enough to find a home in the chemical industry and is most comfortable sharing what she knows with others in a classroom or other instructional setting.
