Register now for the CIOT/ATT London Branch Corporate Tax Conference on Tuesday, 17th April 2018

This year’s exciting agenda includes a topical range of subjects covering the challenges faced by the corporate tax professional presented by leading tax experts. Subjects include:

The conference will be held at Mazars LLP London, Tower Bridge House, St. Katharine’s Way, London E1W 1DD  It will commence with registration at 9.30am for a 10.00am start and finish at approximately 5.00pm. 

Lunch and refreshments are provided.

The conference is only £150 for ATT or CIOT members (including ADIT Affiliates, student members and retired members). The price for non-members is £175.

Pete Miller
, The Miller Partnership

Pete founded The Miller Partnership in May 2011. The practice provides expert tax advice in a number of specialist areas:

• general corporate tax, specialising on the taxation of transactions – buy-outs, buy-ins, mergers, acquisitions, demergers and disposals, the substantial shareholdings exemption and capital gains exit charges
• the taxation of intangible assets and intellectual property
• tax anti-avoidance rules, particularly transactions in securities
• employment income from third parties (‘Disguised Remuneration’)
• the patent box
