BSTP Membership Renewal for 2019/2020

When you have completed the renewal process, you should automatically received an email generated by the system to confirm receipt of your payment and you should also have the ability to download a receipt or invoice depending on whether you paid by credit card or by bank transfer.  

Please renew before 1st May 2019 to avoid a late payment charge of £25.00

If you have not paid your renewal fee for 2017 or 2018, please contact the BSTP Secretariat as soon as possible.

he online renewal and payment process can accept both credit card and bank transfer payments.  The BSTP are no longer able to accept payments by cheque.

If you have problems using the online renewal and payment process, before contacting the BSTP Secretariat please try these options:

  • Try using a different web browser in the first instance.
  • Click on start a new registration so that the system clears any information previously held for you and see if that works.

The BSTP does not have access to the log in details or password you use to renew your membership - this information is set up direct by you and is different from that used to access the members only area of the BSTP website.

  • TO PAY BY DIRECT BANK TRANSFER OR BY DIRECT DEBIT/FASTER PAYMENT

    Please ensure that payment is made in GBP and that you pay the full amount due within 14 days of the generation of your renewal paperwork.   


    TO AVOID THE LATE PAYMENT FEE, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS RECEIVED BY THE BSTP ON OR BEFORE 12.01 AM ON 1st MAY 2019.  

    If you submit a payment from outside the UK and are unsure as to whether any bank charges will be deducted or the full amount not received due to fluctuations in the exchange rate, please add £10.00 to the amount submitted for payment.

    If you require an invoice before the payment can be made, please download the invoice when the renewal process is complete.  

    You also need to ensure that the payment is clearly identified as per the above payment reference including your name.
