Ms. Bénédicte Raevens, Senior Counsel - McGuireWoods

Ms. Raevens focuses on commercial and contract law, personal data privacy and security, EU regulatory issues, and litigation. She holds a law degree from the Université catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve) where she was also an assistant on the faculty of law. She also holds a special degree in tax law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. She is a member of the Editing Committee of the Journal de droit européen.

Mr. Paul Van den Bulck, Partner - McGuireWoods

Mr. Van den Bulck focuses on legal issues concerning software and technology law, personal data privacy and security, intellectual property, media and entertainment (including gaming and gambling), and fair trade practices.

He acts regularly as a mediator and arbitrator in information technology and intellectual property law. He represents clients across a broad range of industries (technology and software, consumer and industrial products, entertainment, fashion and luxury goods and many others). He is a member of the Brussels and Paris Bars. He lectures at the Université Panthéon-Assas Paris II (IP arbitration and mediation) and the Université de Strasbourg (software patents).
