Please note that the partner package applies to partners accompanying their partner on the trip.  Only one partner package can be purchased per delegates booking.

Networking opportunities
The Conference Programme allows plenty of time to network with other delegates during conference hours at refreshment breaks and also in a more relaxed environment at the following events:

Dinner Cruise on the River Danube - 24th April 
Networking Tour - 25th April (optional at an additional cost)

Networking Tour - 25th April 13.50 hrs - 18.30 hrs
Air conditioned coaches will to take us on a tour of historic sights in Budapest, with a knowledgeable tour guide providing interesting facts about the city along the way. The River Danube runs right through the centre of Budapest, dividing the city into two parts - Buda and Pest.  Our tour begins on the Pest side, taking in famous sights including Heroes’ Square, St Stephens’s Basilica and the Grand Synagogue.

We will then cross the Danube into the hilly and scenic Buda side of the river where we will experience the Castle District on foot.  We will encounter the magnificent Matthias Church and the Royal Palace along the way. The final stop of our tour will be at the Fisherman’s Bastion where you will get a chance to enjoy breath-taking views over the city whilst enjoying light refreshments with colleagues.  Coaches will return you to the Corinthia Hotel.

Networking Tour Cost - 60 US$ + VAT  Early booking is recommended due to limited availability.
(This tour is included in price  of the partner package).  
   


Reclaiming VAT
The system generated invoice issued when registering for the event is not suitable for reclaiming Hungarian VAT.  Please contact conferencing@itri.co.uk if you require an invoice for this purpose.
