Accommodation will be at Scarman Training and Conference Centre at the University of Warwick, a dedicated facility offering 204 luxury en-suite bedrooms. This award winning venue is one of the largest residential training centres in the UK.

All bedrooms at Scarman are double bedded, ensuite and are equiped with trouser press, spacious desk area, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, television, toiletries and free internet access.

Residents also have access to free parking, use of the games room and lounge/bar, full use of the University sport facilities which include; indoor swimming pool, fully equiped gymnasium and tennis centre.

Organisers of the 12th International Infant Cry Workshop 2014 at the UoW are committed to diversity and inclusion amongst the delegation. UoW support those delegates who have childcare responsibilities, we will make appropriate, and reasonable, accommodation and facilities available to ensure that barriers are removed.

For those delegates with child care responsibilities, we will source a suitable on or off site family accommodation appropriate for their needs. A limited number of nursery/Crèche places are available at the University of Warwick.  In order to support in our planning, we request delegates with childcare responsibilities raise the issue at their earliest convenience.

UoW will not offer financial support to delegates for childcare costs but happy to assist in making arrangements for their dependants.
