Terms and Conditions
Cancellations will only be accepted when notification has been received in writing by W12 Conferences.
There will be an administration charge of 15% for all cancellations.
For cancellations received 21 days prior to the course, payment will be refunded in full, less the cancellation fee.
For cancellations received after the 21 days there will be no refund but delegate substitution is welcomed.
In the event that the Course is cancelled by the organisers, applicants will be informed and their fee returned in full. Neither W12 Conferences or the course organisers are responsible for reimbursement of anyone's travel/accommodation expenses due cancellations.
You will be sent information periodically on events that may be of interest too you via email.
