Implementing Gender Pay Gap reporting is more than a technical exercise. The reputational, communications, recruitment, retention, data and implementation challenges and risks are significant.
Gender pay gaps will not get fixed overnight so companies need to prepare for what it reveals about you, get the research right, plan communication with staff and customers, and have a plan to implement that is credible and trusted. This briefing will show you how the best are tackling the challenge.
This day completes 3 half day briefings curated with The Fawcett Society to help organisations preparing for Gender Pay Gap Reporting
This day in June will spend the morning addressing the IMPLEMENTATION of the gender pay reporting, with case studies from different sectors. This is designed for those responsible for managing gender pay reporting and the responses to what it reveals.
The afternoon seminar will be devoted to the challenges and practical issues of COMMUNICATION throughout the Gender Pay Reporting legislation process, internal and external communications. This is for board non-executives, personnel and HR Directors and Managers; internal communication specialists, PR advisors, payroll analysts, consultancies and professional and trade association advisers.
The fee for each half day seminar is £195 + VAT and you can buy a combined ticket for both (ie the whole day) for £330 + VAT. There are also online options to watch the live broadcast.
